Because of our unique SF Fitness System nobody ever gets left behind or feels like they can’t keep up. This is fitness training like you’ve never seen it before. Everybody goes at their own pace yet will still get great results. We don’t do any jogging or sessions that identify the weaker/stronger ones in the group.

I don’t want to lose weight but I do want to tone up and get fitter, is this for me?

Yes most definitely! You see in order to tone up you must still lose fat (bad weight) so you can see your firm muscles (good weight) underneath the wobbly/flabby areas. The SuperFast Fitness System™ is focused on helping you burn the most fat possible over a 24hr period rather than just burning calories in a workout. If you have just a few pounds to lose or want to shed a few stone this will help you faster than any toning exercises or starvation diet ever could.

What if it rains?

You get wet! If it doesn’t you’ll still sweat and get wet, at when you’re done you’ll go home, have a shower and get wet anyway! Due to the unpredictability of the weather we never cancel sessions as it could be raining one minute and dry the next, plus if we cancelled sessions your results wouldn’t be as great!

What if I can’t commit to all the classes?

We put on 3 classes a week per location/time and an extra Saturday class. If you can’t attend all the classes a week then make at least 3 and you will still get great results. In fact the initial programme was based around 3 sessions per week.

What if I miss a class?

We encourage you to make attendance a priority. After all getting results is a priority for you isn’t it? If you miss a class you can do one of our home training sessions that we give you so you stay on track.

What results can I expect?

Results vary but the more you follow the entire programme the better the results. We’ve had camp members lose over a stone in just one 4 week camp and drop a load of inches from head to toe. On average you can expect to lose 7-10lbs, 5+ inches, tighten up all over, increase your daily energy and improve your sleep patterns in just 31 days.

How is this different to bootcamps or the gym and the classes they put on?

First of all this is a 31 day programme that is designed by one of the country’s top personal trainers, John O’Connell. You will progress from week to week and notice your improvements every day. Most other exercise classes are either the same exercises over and over or give you the option to drop in any time, you just can’t get results that way! Can I start at any time?

Due to the personalised nature of the programme starting half way through will not deliver the results we promise. Our first week is focused on assessing technique and teaching you how to move properly so that you can maximise your results. The nutrition programme is also structured over the 31 days so that we coach you through each week and you can develop a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle and delivers the results you want.

Are the camps run by military personnel?

No. We are not a military bootcamp, in fact we prefer to use the term fitness camp or group personal training. There will be no shouting, screaming or degrading you. We will simply use our expertise to encourage and motivate you. All our trainers are experts at teaching you how to perform each exercise correctly so you can get the most out of every class. This isn’t just a ‘beasting’ session where we make you run till you can’t do anymore (remember we don’t make you do any jogging). The classes are based around quality exercises to increase your metabolism, strengthen your weak spots and firm up your wobbly bits!

Can I pay per session?

No. The bottom line is that if you want results you need consistency right? Our programme is designed to work from the first session to last and that is why we require a full commitment up front. Once you have signed up you will be a lot more motivated knowing you have invested your hard earned money into something so effective.

Is there a refund policy?

Absolutely! First of all if you aren’t happy with your results after following the programme for 4 weeks then we will give you your money back and train you for free till you are happy! Secondly if you feel it’s not for you after the first 3 sessions let us know and we will refund your entire investment.
