"You'll typically see people write about their qualifications and achievements in a bio like this. But what good is that to you. What courses I've done shouldn't matter to you. You probably haven't heard about most of them. Sure, you might be curious as to why you might start taking some of my advice and perceive me as an expert. But the most important part about me you need to know is this:
I am pissed off at what the weight loss industry has done to the typical exerciser/dieter. You've basically been brainwashed into thinking you have to weigh a certain amount and look a certain way. Our perception of beauty is completely messed up. And that leads to an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. There's the serial dieter, probably knows more about diets than most trainers but can't seem to stick to them for any length of time. There's the endless exerciser. Who tries to burn off their indulgences with hours and hours of cardio. Not to mention binge eaters, emotional eaters and people who hate exercise.
But all of this is a result of miss information, poor reporting in the media and bad trainers. If you struggle with weight loss and improving your body shape seems impossible no matter what you do, Just know this
