I am pissed off at what the weight loss industry has done to the typical exerciser/dieter. You've basically been brainwashed into thinking you have to weigh a certain amount and look a certain way. Our perception of beauty is completely messed up. And that leads to an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. There's the serial dieter, probably knows more about diets than most trainers but can't seem to stick to them for any length of time. There's the endless exerciser.
