The SF Fitness System is a Group Personal Training Programme that combines effective exercise with simple nutrition and motivation/behaviour coaching to help you get in to the best shape. You may want to lose a lot of weight or just tone up and either way SF Fitness can work for you because we personalise the programme. As the programme is personalised we only take on a small number of new members every 5 weeks.

  • Each week is then pre planned and structured to allow for gradual improvements in your fitness and strength. So, because you’ll be fitter, what you do in week 4 will be more of a challenge than what you do in week 1. 

  • Some people are a bit apprehensive about starting and trying to ‘keep up’ with the group. We have designed the classes to ensure you never have to keep up with anyone. This is about you. Improving your fitness, your strength and getting your results.
  • We also provide you with nutrition coaching to ensure you start feeling more energetic and get the body you want. The nutrition programme focuses on feeding and nourishing your body rather than the restriction and deprivation most diets advocate.

Now the term health is very subjective but in relation to using the SF Fitness System to achieve your goals it means:

  • Hydration - Water is vital for fat burning, if you are dehydrated you can’t burn as much fat. You’ll also discover that even though you drink a lot of water you may still be very dehydrated.

  • Energy – Most diets make us feel like crap, we get low energy, mood swings and cravings. The SF Fitness system will show you how you can eat so you are never hungry, how to lower cravings and most importantly how to feel more energetic all day.

  • Attitude – We’ve been told for far too long the gentle exercise works. Unfortunately numerous studies show that the addition of hours and hours of gentle exercise shows no effect to weight loss compared to dieting on its own. This gentle exercise mindset has meant many people are fed lies when it comes to changing their health and shape.   • Training – Just because you do some exercise doesn’t mean you are making any noticeable changes to your fitness or body shape. In fact most exercise only works for a short amount of time, you get results at the start but then results stop. There are certain methods, that we use, that are far more powerful than what’s typically seen in gyms and exercise classes. The methods we use will help you get stronger, increase your metabolism, improve your movement and flexibility and burn way more fat.

  • Happiness – We want you to have fun in our classes and enjoy your life. There’s a great mix at SF Fitness of being able to train hard and have some fun too. If you are going to sign up to something its vital you enjoy it and are able to have fun. This makes the process so much easier for you and so your results will reflect that. Too often exercise is viewed as punishment and diet as sacrifice. SF Fitness is the exact opposite.
